The main reason I hired Two Men and A Truck was not taken care of. The Help I needed the most was getting my sofa upstairs into my apartment and the moving team could not execute or even show interest of moving my sofa in. My wife is not strong enough to help me either. The moving team left the sofa in the garage and did not even attempt to complete the job they were hired for. Plus I was still charged for the services. Now I need to hire someone to help me actually get my sofa upstairs. Very disappointing.

The front office repeatedly told us how moving in the light rain was no problem at all and there would be no mess, then the crew came to my old house and didn't lay down a single pad or plastic. Mud and dirt tracked literally throughout my home. A number of fairly deep scratches in hard-wood floors, scrapes along bedroom furniture. Pretty frustrating. Complained and they did a much better job at our new home however, including having someone make a special trip to bring plastic out to put on floor. That should not have been necessary, however. Didn't move boxes where we asked them to. All in all, wouldn't recommend. Will be calling the office on Monday to talk about the floor damage.

We had a little "unusual" situation. My son moved back to Cleveland from San Diego and had his possessions shipped via POD from a freight company. It was a "small" job, but Two Men and a Truck, didn't hesitate to accommodate us. The freight company pushed back the delivery dates more than once. When I called the office, to explain, they were extremely helpful. When the time did finally arrive, they were there exactly as they promised. The 3 young men were very professional and fast. I have used this company at least 5 times now, and I am always impressed with both the office staff and movers. I will be sure to call this company, when my son does find his new home in Cleveland.

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the office staff to the moving men I had a great experience. From initial sales contact to my calling the office many times everyone was patient with me. There were destinations involved all starting from one location (3 stops). Even when a neighbor at the second stop made the men move our truck, it was done professionally and everything continued. I can't thank you enough. My sister-in-law is using 2Men on the 19th. THANK YOU will use you AGAIN.
