The boys were professional and quick. However, to many scratches and damage to furniture for the cost.

Robert, Thomas and Jay did a great job on a very hot day. They were efficient and professional. There were a couple of minor damages but I have been assured that they will be repaired by Two Men and a Truck.

The move with Two Men and a Truck was terrible. The mover, looked like the manager, yelled at us for having more boxes than the estimate (!!). He said he did not want move boxes all day and go home at 11 pm. Shocking to say the least. This was in the first 30 mins of the move. He did apologized later stating that his other movers mis-informed him about the number of boxes remaining.
None of my stuff was wrapped in any kind of protective material. The couch has leather ripped out at corners. It was most disappointing to see no difference between Two Men and A Truck service and other independent untrained movers I had hired in the past. I chose Two Men and a Truck because of their reputation but was utterly disappointed with the whole experience.

I had a white sofa that I called the office about twice before the move and was assured it would be shrink wrapped for protection. The movers did not do this and the white slip cover was both ripped and stained during the move. I received $20 off my bill, but I’d rather not have damages.

Movers made hole in wall which was immediately repaired. Was told everything was not reported that was moved. There was actually less.

Movers were 30 min late. There were two movers for 6 items.. He was training the other employee. I paid for his training. Slow. I have done 6 moves with you. This was first time they broke items, a report was filed, nobody has reached out to me and it’s been a week .

I would never hire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again. They were in a hurry to get the move done, didn't care what damage they caused, didn't use the proper equipment to move heavy pieces and got lost on the way to the destination. Then on top of that, they charged be for the time they were lost. Never again.

Over all the movers worked very hard. They could have been a little more gentle with our belongings. My television was damaged and I had to buy a new one. The crew had a good attitude and strong work ethic.

For the most part, the experience was good. However, it was recommended that clothes remain in dresser drawers and we were told that it would be fine to transport the dresser and clothes that way. During the move, clothes got stuck behind the drawers -- the dresser itself should have been handled differently -- the clothes may be stuck there permanently. Also, the couch had to be discarded - the team spent about 5 min trying to get the couch in the stairwell to head to the new 3rd floor apartment. We don't think they made enough of an effort to get the couch up and could have possibly attempted to get it over the stair railing. They told us the couch was too long; however according to the building manager, this was a first & the couch was a standard length. So now, we're minus a couch.

I was mostly happy with yr service. I did find it frustrating that the movers were not allowed to disconnect my refrigerator or move my heavy plants. If my neighbor didn't offer to help I would have been really stuck. That should have been explained to me beforehand.
