Very satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy of the movers they went out of their way to assist! Strongly Recommend

I’ve used Two men many times before. I requested my last moving team that Inused 5 months ago, and was told that two out of three of the guys will be back. The day of the move, I got a new team. This move, the guys were nice and careful, but very slow. No organization, arguing, etc. again, I did this same move, same amount of furniture, and same driving distance as last time and this move took 2 hours longer. Plus, they broke my filing cabinet. They did give me a credit for this, but I still have to go buy another one.

They arrived on time just like professionals a few times I caught them trying to kill the clock and my tv stand was broken and I haven’t her anything about them either paying. For it or replacing it but I was charged full price

Everything ran smoothly. I was organized enough to help the process move quickly. The team was very nice and professional. I rated overall as good because a few things were noticed afterwards. There was some wood damage on my curio and my desk had some slight damage on a corner. A couple pieces had one paint sraped onto the wood from possibly bumping door trim that is white onto natural wood furniture. The headboard for the twin bed was never attached and the washers to attach the headboard was laying on the floor at the home I moved from. Even with that, I would still recommend and use again your services.

The movers were very nice and helpful. They maneuvered my furniture to get it ouut of my apartment flawlessly.
Everything went well with the exception of them breaking the leg off of my dresser moving it into my house. They didn't remove the drawers so it made it heavier. The dresser is a tall solid oak wood. No offer to fix it nor was the balance of the move adjusted.

I apologize that I cannot remember the person's name but he seem like the team lead. He drove the truck, interacted with me the most and completed my transaction. He was awesome - super professional. All three men were good but there was one of the individuals was loud while working (laughing extremely loud) the entire time.
The one thing I didn't like was on my bedroom footboard there was damage and no one brought it to my attention. That's an integrity issue for me. If maybe was an option for recommending Two Men and a Truck I would have selected that considering my footboard has damage on it.

I would have given an excellent for all my answers but a side table did get scratched and I was overcharged by 15 minutes. I did call and they corrected the charge but I felt they could have been more honest about the time.

Overall a good job. Not sure why three men were needed for such a small job. The only complaint is some damage to the dryer gas line and the entryway threshold. The guys were great.

I don’t even know where to start. Criminal charges should be brought against my movers. They were late arriving, did the tour of what they had to do in each room. Shed, garage and house. Garage: remove stove to truck, refrigerator goes in house when they move mine out. House: start dining table chairs, server. Kitchen remove fridge, replace with one in garage. Didn’t mention table and stools so of course not taken. Laundry: washer dryer microwave stand. They took the microwave stand but after returning from new place and paid I find the microwave on top of sink in half bath. Not taken. When time to take washer dryer they informed me they cannot take washer because still hooked up to water. Disconnected myself, said now you can take. Didn’t mention water thing when doing tour.
