Our property got damaged. I understand this happens. However, we were told this would be taken care of, it hasn’t been. The guys were great. I think you guys need to come out and do a visual of the property to estimate the needs. It was a lot more stressful then it should have been. Again, guys were great. Getting something taken care of as far as the holes put in our walls and ceiling, not so great. Buyers move in to our property tomorrow and it’s still not fixed.

I have used two men and a truck on several occasions and by far this last time was a very bad experience to say the least. From damage of items that they were moving bed frame was tore, patio furniture scuffed with white paint from basement walls, to a a scratch on our buffet server to lack of care for the house they were moving items out of in which a screen door was damaged to the respect they showed the brand new home we were moving into from spitting on our brand new garage floor to leaving cigarette butts in our mulch bed. I will plan on doing a review so others don’t encounter this experience because this was awful and when I expressed my concern with Kathy all that was said was awe... Should not have to pay the full price for such terrible service. Feel free to contact me!

A floor fan was broken during the move and the team was 2 hours late. I was notified on Friday that the move was being changed from noon to 8 am. Movers showed up at 10. We wasted 2 precious hours of our move waiting on the team

Unfortunately, your online form apparently didn't save more than half of what needed to be moved. While one of the moving team was professional and courteous (Will), the other made me feel terrible about the ineffective inventory from the online form and made me feel that I had to apologize continuously all day. While they both worked hard, he kept telling me he thought it was a mini move and didn't plan on working that hard. On top of that., there was damage to my freshly painted wall and a step in my home. Now, I also have to rent a Uhaul truck to move the rest of my belongings that remain at my former residence. It was a negative experience. I would recommend Will again, as he never made me feel bad, but I will not hire Two Men and a Truck again.

A number of my items were damaged. Told they were pressboard, so compensation would be minimal. Considering that is what most furniture is made of, this basically means damage to anything can happen with no accountability. Headboards weren't wrapped, and all three of our beds had damage. Also missing hardware for one of the shelves. Towards the end, they said they were going over time limit, so all of our boxes had to be staged on the first floor to save time. Rooms upstairs weren't staged in a way that we could get to things and it was a nightmare trying to get stuff moved where it needed to be to even allow us to unpack boxes and make more space. Damage to railing and walls. With how much we paid ($3k), I would have hoped for our moving and unpacking experience to have gone better.

The moving truck hit a fence on the way into my apartment. The movers were extremely slow and seemed like they were trying to stay within the window of the time not move as quickly as they could have been. The moving truck then got into an accident with another car. Had to wait for police and insurance papers for 2 hours. Finally got my things in the new condo with 3 broken (unreplacable) items. And it cost $840 for that? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. It should have cost half of that.

The mover chipped the edges on my king sized headboard and on the side of my dresser. I am still finding things since we had such a big move.

My granite countertop by the stove was chipped when the stove was being moved back into place.The mover immediately called his supervisor and he came out to our home and wrote up a report and got our stove back in place. The countertop was repaired today and looks great.The team I had maybe could use a little more training or experience with moving some furniture items.Everyone was very friendly and professional.Thank you for repairing my countertop.

This was a big move but it was only furniture, no boxes and everything was prepped before they arrived. All they needed was to wrap and carry, I found the movers to be friendly but very slow. I ended up with a team of 5 and they were clearly stretching the time as much as they could. They also broke a window and damaged walls and woodwork. They did not seem to have experience maneuvering around stairs with large pieces because my sister and I had to talk them through how to do it after they kept getting stuck. I don't remember names but the one who was I assume the crew leader was not able to keep his pants up even with a belt and it looked very unprofessional when he had to keep stopping to pull up his pants. With what you charge as an hourly rate they should be much more efficient

Service was good, movers were professional. However, my table suffered a damage and 5 days later I still have not received any call from management.
