Avi and Mac were fantastic. Some how the office got my move date switched from the fourth to the sixth of November. When I called the office, they immediately contacted the team. Avi and Mac arrived and went right to work. They were professional and careful with my things. When we arrived at my new place, they were patient and accommodating in placing my furniture and boxes where I asked. These two guys are stars!

The booking and timeline for moving was fairly quick and easy. The movers worked quickly, were still careful, and friendly as well. All in all, the move went faster than expected and I was very happy with the experience.

I've used you guys numerous times, this crew was far and away the best. Give them a raise!

The team did an excellent job. The only issues I had were that they removed the mirror to my dresser and vanity prior to the move and they did not put it back together afterwards which is fine, but they also did not leave me the original screws. The latch screw to my yard cart was lost as well.

They bashed in doors, wall, door frames, nicked walls, dumped my large sander in street, put two 6" tears in my couch. They loafed a lot and two an hour for one of them to go back to work after dropping furniture on himself. I really feel you owe me at least and hour.

My overall experience was excellent with the exception of damage to my tv stand. When he moved the tv stand from the truck to the storage unit, the stand separated from the base and was damaged beyond repair.

I loved everything about working with the three guys and the company but three pieces of my laminate furniture had corner pieces snapped of of them that I can assure you were not damaged beforehand. I’m waiting for someone to handle the situation and perhaps I can give you excellent ratings in all the areas of questions. The guys found one of the pieces and not one of the other pieces in the LR. The third they didn’t even notice but it’s on my bed and obvious when you walk in the room. I sure hope they didn’t notice it and just not say anything to me. I had to point out the other two problems tho.

They were a half hour laste when they called and said they would be there, I was supposed to have 3 mattress slip covers and there were non, put a hole in my mattress and lied about it, found one of the movers in my neighbors garage, took a chunck out of my neighbors bush when moving the truck, I helped them move the furniture.

Thank you for your inquiry. Everything was fine except for one fairly major item.

One of the pieces they moved was a 3 piece sectional sofa. Apparently the only separated one of the end sections from the unit. When they were carrying the center and one end piece as one unit, the two pieces must have come apart pulling the connector pin out of the wood frame from the one end piece and breaking one leg off of the end piece. I was able to fix the leg with a new grommet but the pin is gone and not replaceable. Now one section will never be able to be connected again and subject to constant movement.

The guys need to be more careful and observant. They should have known to look to disconnect all sections.
