The moving team did a very good job. They had many heavy items and moved then without any damage. My only concern was with the billing. Due to the weather we had to pay extra charges for the truck to come back. If 3 movers would have been sent I believe the move could have been completed the first day. I don’t feel we should have been charged the extra amount above the original quote.

The move took another day because our truck couldn’t get down the driveway at your new house due to the snow and ice. The time for your move was stopped after the load was completed on the first day and we only billed for the time for the unload the next day. The extra day didn’t add any additional time to your move. We are aware our manager has been in contact with you, but if you have any other questions or concerns, please call us at 513-245-1900.

From my initial phone call to the final follow up call your team has been wonderful! Office staff was kind and courteous. Moving team was amazing. They move a 300+ Lbs vanity up stairs like it was nothing. They wrapped the piece with blankets and cellophane prior to moving. Tremendous job! Bravo!

The guys who were here to move my mother's belongings to St Charles were excellent! The young man that talked with me (I think his name is Donte ?? Not sure about the spelling), was FANTASTIC! He was so considerate and took extra care of mom's things. All 3 of the guys did a fantastic job! If I ever need help, I would call again!

The only minor issue with the move is that I’d communicated extensively with the office crew to coordinate a small truck due to the funky driveway situation. Despite that planning, the moving team was assigned a large truck.
All that said, the moving team dealt with it really well and adeptly navigated the tight spaces. They were excellent - both friendly and careful.

The whole experience was great! The office team were courteous and thorough in getting everything set up and confirming ahead of the move. The moving team were fantastic. They were professional, cautious, friendly, and fast. They were able to get the move done several hours sooner than expected and nothing was damaged. We would absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck to our family and friends!

The moving day started off shaky because a driver had to end up traveling from Louisville, Kentucky to fulfill the job requirement. When he arrived with his moving partner everything ran like a well oiled machine. Spencer and Tre were kind, thorough, professional, accommodating, and helpful. If I ever need the services of Two Men and a Truck in the future, I will request them both.
