We strive for every move to exceed a customer’s expectations, and understand that there were some events that led to expectations not meeting reality. I hope that the recent actions of our company to reimburse you for any extra stress, time, and travel expense plus a couple of other good faith offerings has put us in a better light. 2 of the 3 movers were awesome, very hard working & knowledgeable. However, I did have a few problems. First, I paid extra to have a piano moved and they dropped it! The truck did not have a lift & it was too heavy for the men to move without one. When it was moved previously by another company, the truck had a lift. They also trashed the carpeting & didn't put anything down to protect it.

Our professional movers safely handle pianos for our customers almost daily. We want to assure you that it is not the norm for us to mishandle these items. Both young men were professional, and went beyond expectations. Never felt rushed that they were trying to hurry up and leave, finished job. Also was pleased to see that field worker followed up to see how the move was going. They were truly hard workers. Keep those young men!

When my movers arrived they did not have face masks and acted like it was a great imposition when I requested it. This is unacceptable. One man did speak to me in a passive aggressive way as well and they blocked the roadway unnecessarily. The office crew was great. Mainly the lack of respect for the customers (whose homes they are entering!) during a pandemic guarantees I will not return.

Zach, Cameron and Mark did a great job during both of our moves, one of which was more difficult due to bad weather and more/heavier items to move. They are a well choreographed team, taking care to protect your belongings while working expeditiously. Very friendly trio!

The team was excellent. Just talking I let them know it was my dads apartment and he passed away with that being said they moved everything with extra extra care. To be sure that everything was moved with care. Thank you guys !!!!! It’s my third time using this company and will definitely use them again.
