The movers were great. Nice and helpful, fun to work with. I appreciate all they did. We did lose a few parts off of cabinets and chairs that were needed and had to re-order parts.

They broke my TV stand 2 weeks ago and the operations mgr refuese to call mr back..I've left two mrssages..how long do I have to go with my TV sitting on the floor

The move was transferred from one station to another in the same state. The communication between those two stations was poor. The movers showed up with no boxes and a truck that would not meet the needs of the move. The movers were great guys, Veterans, College Kids - great enthusiasm and character. Working with what they had, the movers moved all they could into the truck. There were piles of things left in each room, that to this day have to be moved. Working with what they were given, the movers attempted to put my zero turn riding mower on the back of the truck, and dropped it off the back, causing significant damage. Now I have to burn my PTO for them to complete the move, pick up and repair my mower, the list goes on. Worst move I ever experienced.

Your moving team was exceptional, courteous, open and honest; however, this team was dealt a raw hand!! After selling my home, I had no other option than to store all of my belongings while searching for a new home. While my entire life's belongings were in your possession, the warehouse moved and every piece of wood furniture was either damaged or destroyed. Additionally 2 appliances and several smaller items were also damaged. One item was not kept with the crates so it was not returned with my other belongings. The move crew was extremely honest about the mishaps and even called for a supervisor to come out to talk to me about it. However, at no fault of the move team, I can not recommend this company to anyone that needs to utilize the storage facility. Resolution is still pending.

The movers seemed anxious to leave since we used 4 hours last time we anticipated 4 hours this time. One piece of furniture had numerous scratches and Nick's.

My online request was apparently "sent to the wrong store" and no one called me to confirm my appointment. I had to call back about a week before our move to ensure it was scheduled. After figuring out the mixup, everything went smoothly. The movers were great, and even had another guy jump in to help at the delivery destination.

Came timely, friendly fellows, conscious of truck parking so as not to interfere with neighbors, kept busy used time efficiently, double checked to ensure they had everything.

Thanks to Two Men and a Truck, moving day was much easier than i thought it would be. From the office staff to the movers, everyone took great care of me and my stuff! Thanks to all who made what could have been a tough day, enjoyable, memorable, and fast!
