The movers did a great job. My only problem was the office staff. They called me on Friday to let me know about my move on Saturday. I missed that call and they left a message to let me know. That was wrong. My move was on that Monday. I called back and made sure that it was still on Monday. The person that I talk to did double check and confirmed that my move was on Monday. I did not appreciate that wrong call for my move.

The movers were friendly, helpful and well prepared. They managed to fit everything into the trucks and placed everything in the new house where requested (and they reassembled the desks). They will be on the top of my list the next time I need something moved.

I was sold on having 3 movers but only 2 showed up with no notice. When I called the office, they had the supervisor call me, but was the most rude and unsympathetic professional (I use that term lightly in this circumstance) I've ever dealt. He said if I wasn't satisfied he'd just cancel the move all together and then proceeded to hang up on me and called the movers to leave. If it wasn't for the professionalism of your movers themselves, who called the Manager who was away, I would have been left with no option. Despite the fact that the move itself was a big success, it would be difficult for me to recommend to any of my friends or colleagues to use a service where they might be the next person to be treated with such disrespect by the perdon in charge, as he described himself.
