It was disapointing that the team was not prepared with equipment to move hot tub that was clearly on my service request. They managed to move it with what they had along with some 4 wheel dollies I had. I appreciate their effort to manage to get it done. I believe my 4 wheel dollies ended up in your truck when they left, so I had to buy more to finish my move.

The crew that was sent to our house consisted of Tyrone, JT, Clayton, and Joshua.
However, when Clayton and TJ moved our (very heavy) oven into the kitchen, they did drop it while setting it down. They got it almost all the way down to the ground, but the last 6 inches it was dropped on one end.
At the time this happened, we had paper covering our flooring. Clayton remarked that "the paper saved it," meaning he thought the floor had escaped damage.
But after the guys left I peeled back the paper, and it was in fact damaged by the falling oven.

I have already written to the parent company about this, including pictures, but as of this point (11 days later) no one has reached out to make this situation right.

It is very disappointing.

I will never use company again. My son’s shoes was stolen by one of the movers. We noticed it when movers were loading the vehicle. We had one of the movers call their supervisor and Issac was not helpful at all. Once the movers unloaded our furniture at the new location and I asked one of the movers again about my son’s shoes that was stolen he admitted that one of the movers stole them and told me where they was. Out of the 4 movers only 1 did he’s job correctly because he was upstairs with me the whole time prepping the upstairs furniture and loading it. Also I did not get a current estimate when office staff came out. The invoice at the end was almost 2 times more then what I was quoted in the beginning. I have a lot more to say and not enough characters remaining.

The first days crew was very careful with our items as we moved the first day from the house to a storage unit.
The second day crew was very nice but we had a few items that were wrapped but ended up scratched which were our master bedroom set.

We thought the movers were good, but as the day wore on -- it was a long day and we had a steep drive -- we could see them getting tired. And the more tired they got the more careless they got -- primarily instead of setting a box down they would just drop it the last 6-12" down to the floor or on another box (irreguardless if it was marked fragile). That was our primarily misgiven, but overall just fine.

They were great except for losing a piece of my bed frame and the quote was mis-represented

Only a little sad the covering to mattress was torn. Also bed or mattress was not put together properly for there is a big gap between foot of bed and mattress. Mattress should sit evenly all the way around! Otherwise everything was good

Not happy with $145 travel charge--although staff person in the office was superb in every other way didn't explain that to me--particularly given new house is literally 6 minutes from the old house (2.3 miles, no traffic). Movers very good--thrilled you sent 3 guys--they were personable and efficient. They did scuff the rubber bottoms off my outdoor furniture and a couple of other items, did get my mattress a bit dirty before putting it in plastic, and one guy over and over didn't put boxes in rooms clearly marked with different color tape and marked with the name of rooms, but carefully wrapped and unwrapped everything, dissembled my beds and TV. I was very ill and they were patient, as I determined what went where in the new house. I'd MAYBE recommend, due to travel charge.

The two men, Tyrone and Will, were great and did a great job. They did a packing job in just a few hours that would have taken us days. They were very courteous, very efficient and a joy to have met. We truly thank them.

Outstanding work by the two men who helped me move. I truly appreciate their professionalism.
