Movers wrapped all wood furniture with shrink wrap ONLY and did not use any padding (they said they ran out of pads), which caused EXTENSIVE damage to many pieces of our furniture. Movers did not provide any protection to new bed box springs even though they were asked to at least shrink wrap. they then used the box springs as a base bottom for many other items which caused the box springs to become EXTREMELY soiled. carpets were not protected in any manner and were used as padding for other furniture items.

I waited 2 weeks to write this, hoping to take emotion out of my response. Kevin, your lead driver/movers dedication to get the job done right was amazing! However putting him with a young man who clearly had no idea what he was doing was not only unfair and at times dangerous to Kevin and myself the customer. i understand the idea of "on the job training" What I don't believe to be fair is the fact that it cost me twice as much! I have hired movers several times in my life, including your company twice before this. What should have taken 2 men 3 to 4 hours ended up taking 8 hours with basically 1 man ( Kevin) doing all the work. It should be noted to I had to step in and help unload the truck. What i want here is to be credited back the time I was charged for the young man. Charles

I will never use your company again. 2 guys showed up on time and were friendly. However they did not team lift to move anything. They dinged up multiple door frames, my fridge etc when moving my items. I saw them multiple times sitting on my furniture in the back of the truck vaping, on my dime. I told them that I had 2 pieces of antique furniture that were extremely important to me. My great great gandparents hutch and table. They loaded the table on the bottom and smashed it. There response was it can just pop back together. They NEVER apologized and charged me for the 45 minutes that 1 guy was filling out a damage report. They also ran into and broke my light on my garage. I saw them do it and they never told anyone. They had someone fix my table but it will never be the same. TERRIBLE

The two guys were disorganized, inexperienced, inefficient and confrontational. (Unlike the men you’ve sent in the past). They broke part of a bed rail by letting it fall and lied to me and said it was like that when they found it. (The bed had been brand new and never moved before). They did not use the ramp on the truck even once —they used the elevator lift function even when they were using a dolly to move boxes, which lead to me having to pay an extra hour. They were unable to take apart one of two beds without our help. And completely unable to take apart the second of two beds - solution was a shrug and confused look from them. And yet it took them 2.5 hours to load a truck from a 1,000 sq ft apart despite us moving our own closets, TVs and one queen bed. Very infuriated and unhappy

I would have given them a 10 out of 10 except for 2 things. They caused some damage, they damaged some furniture which I saw when it happened, I waited for approx 20 mins for them to advise me , however they didn’t , they also punctured a hole in our wall, and didn’t advise me, I called the company (twice) about 10 days ago, I was told someone would contact me but no reply. The damaged furniture I’m not worried about, the hole in the wall is fixable , however moving company rep has no idea the extent of the damage , what if something major was damaged ? And they never called me back ??? Not good, other than the lack of ethics over all I appreciated their hard work and care and I have them a tip , overall I was happy with their team, but I’m in law enforcement and I’m big on ethics so,,,
