I need to report some damage we have found: An open/shut toggle switch was broken during the move. I can get cost information to replace it on Monday.
I wasn't happy that the Sales Side did not tell me about the 2 hour window that the team would show up, I wasn't told about this until the call the day prior to the move. This was a business move and we had people being paid by our company expecting the movers and they showed up 2 hours later. Time frames are critical in a business application and I should have been told upfront by the Sales Team (Lloyd) so I could have made a decision as to whether to use Two Men or not.

Two highly capable young men handled a very wet situation expediently and patiently, despite the hellishly wet, heavy rain conditions. I wished that we could have done this on another day, despite the weather, but the two persevered and earned a tip for both, with their good attitude. Did the work and would definitely hire these two, Marcel and Eric, once again (under better weather conditions, hopefully!). Doug Schema

Two Men and a Truck offered their services for free to our local non-profit. This was a HUGE help and contributed to the success of our event. Everyone I worked with so beyond helpful! Larry Holly, Thomas Howard, Brian Beadle and the two gentlemen that helped on 9/24/2018! Exceptional service - thank you so much!!!

Moved from storage unit to home . Towards the end of loading the guys slowed down. Not sure why but it felt like I was paying for an extra hour or more for the loading. That is my only negative complaint. They handled my stuff very well.

The moving team showed up earlier than expected which worked out perfectly. They got right to work and were amazing all day at moving everything out of my 3 story town house and moving everything into the 5th floor of my new apartment building.
