I wasn't happy that the Sales Side did not tell me about the 2 hour window that the team would show up, I wasn't told about this until the call the day prior to the move. This was a business move and we had people being paid by our company expecting the movers and they showed up 2 hours later. Time frames are critical in a business application and I should have been told upfront by the Sales Team (Lloyd) so I could have made a decision as to whether to use Two Men or not.
