The moving team I had was amazing, they had good communication with me, on time, polite and professional, listening to all my questions and instructions, and even though it was 100 degrees, they were always smiling and did an excellent job. Your movers refused to move my stuff. I was able to get my stuff moved by other movers and your company kept my deposit of $100.00 and also charged my bank account for the amount of $744.99 and are acting like you guys actually completed the move. My bank is in the process of disputing this charge. Response from the company was limited to text message and basically passing the buck.

I’ve used two men and a truck for all of my moving needs! You’re easy to book (even at a moment’s notice). Tristen listened to what I needed and repeated back what I said. The team showed up early and got right to work. It was a hot, steamy day and the guys worked like Trojans. They took very good care of the items being moved, carefully wrapped the furniture and placing them in the truck.
