Several times we noticed movers carrying boxes upside down. Boxes were also placed upside down on the floor. Boxes were all clearly labeled. In the last hour or so of the move, the movers were clearly ready to be done and didn't place boxes in the rooms as directed and appeared annoyed if we asked them to move them to the right location. A card table was ripped and we were not informed. It is not a high value item, but it would have been nice to have been notified of the damage. A box was dropped as it was removed it from the truck. Mattresses were mixed up. We had one with a box spring and one without. The one from the set was put in the basement and the one that did not match was placed in the bedroom. We were not consulted and did not notice until after the movers left the property.

They broke mutiple pieces of my new furniture and the new furniture was the reason I hired them. One piece was tepaired and came back in worse shape than it was when it left due to nails being put in wrong and poking holes and paint chipped off, so it had to be repaired again! I still have not received back the furniture being repaired and it has been
2 weeks.

They did put about a dime size nick in one of the walls in the bedroom and I didn't notice it until afterwards. Also, they left without finishing putting one of the beds together and move the furniture in that same bedroom.

Very professional the guys that moved us where awesome! They where extremely polite and professional at all times. They treated our belongings as if it was there own. I will highly recommend.

Your workers were fast, courteous, nice. They treated my things as if it was their own. Being a Senior citizen they were very patient with me when asking questions. Thank you!

Shayne and Rich were wonderful! Moving is very stressful but they made me feel like everything would be okay and it was! They were both very professional, kind and friendly, careful and respectful.. you guys are awesome and I would highly recommend you to anyone I know who is moving into a new home! The moving team was prompt, friendly, fast, hardworking, careful and courteous. I was very impressed. I have found no damage to my furniture.

They arrived on time. They were friendly, worked very quickly and efficiently and took good care of my mother's very old furniture. The cost of the move was less than estimated. The only complaint I have was that I had asked for some boxes and it was not explained to me that it would cost extra. Luckily, the order never got sent to the movers so I did not have to pay for them and it turned out I did not need the boxes. The movers showed me that they never received the requisition for the boxes. Anyway, it all worked out.

Our movers were so awesome. They were super fast, packed, wrapped, and moved everything with great care, and helped us problem solve a couple difficult furniture pieces and tight staircases. They did a splendid job, and were pleasant to be around. They were friendly, courteous, and you could tell they cared about doing a good job. I highly recommend and will use them again.
