Office team courteous/professional; answered all initial questions. Moving team on time/courteous/professional.
Size of truck needed fell short. Required two trips...understand so not terribly upset about that. Team ran out of boxes/paper for second trip. Unable to complete move. I had to move last load myself next day.
Office said they'd get back to me after complaint. that was a week ago.

I never dreamed that moving furniture could be so easy. The office people I talked to were more than helpful and the moving team was totally awesome!
