We had two young men Elijah & Drake( Greensboro NC!!! These guys are STUDS!! They were very efficient and hard workers!! This was not an easy move because we actually were moving out of two separate storage sheds. They were patient and did their thing!!! Give them a raise!!! Great workers!!!

My guys got my move done in a few hours, was painless and quick. It was from a horrendous 3rd floor apartment to another apartment on the second floor. Everything arrived safe and unbroken.

From my first contact with the office staff to the time I waved goodbye to the moving crew at the end of a long day, my experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. The staff were finely attuned to the anxiety and stress that come along with a major move and were helpful in so many ways. The movers arrived on time and delivered my goods efficiently, even with snow and ice on the roads.

On this last move that we needed a lot wasn’t delivered. Half the sofa cushions that for the back weren’t delivered as well as the pillows that go on the couch. The lamp shades were also left behind. We weren’t happy about that and no one did anything to rectify the mistake. This is the first time we’ve experienced this.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re very sorry for the items that were left behind during that move. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we regret that the issue wasn’t resolved as quickly as it should have been at the time.
That said, we do appreciate that you continue to work with us on a subsequent move, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to earn back your confidence. This was an unusual situation and not reflective of our standard process, but your feedback helps us improve and prevent this from happening again.
If there’s anything still outstanding or if you’d like to discuss this further, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We value your business and the trust you place in us.
