It was load only move, SINGLE wide trailer and a small shed. It took longer than it should have and cost more than the estimate. They took their good old time and didn't even pack the truck correctly. Everything should have fit but they don't know how to pack a truck so it didn't.
I moved a 4 bedroom, garage, carport and pool area stuff with Triad Movers. Cost was better and packers were better.

One of the movers lacked professionalism. He was constantly complaining and rapping throughout my home. It made me feel bad about this process.

Moving team were great. Worked hard, protected the house and furntiture, and stayed late even though they shouldn't have had to.
Management dropped the ball several times and it fell on the movers to try and salvage the situation.

The move was delayed due to mechanical issues on our part. Once the movers arrived there was a Loft/Bunk bed that per policy we typically do not disassemble or reassemble these types of beds. We did however send a manager out on site to assist you with disassembly and we sent another team the following day to help with reassembly of the bed. We also completely waived the $300 travel charge for you. Again we apologize for the issues that occurred, we did rectify the situation the best we could by sending assistance with the bed and giving a discount for the issues. If you would like to discuss further or have questions please give us a call.
