We’re thrilled to welcome Brock Abbey as the new General Manager of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Charlotte location! Originally from Ames, Iowa, and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brock brings 25 years of logistics expertise and a strong background in business and operations management. Guided by his philosophy of “1% better every day,” Brock believes that growth comes from embracing challenges and continual improvement.

A devoted husband of 18 years and a father of four, Brock moved to Charlotte to further his career while remaining deeply committed to his family and community. Known for his dedication to team building and progress, Brock also enjoys fitness, hiking, outdoor adventures, and all things automotive. His passion for excellence and personal growth makes him an inspiring leader and a tremendous asset to our Charlotte team.

Meet A’Donni! He does it all for us, working as a driver, team lead, and trainer on our team. He has more than 2,000 moves under his belt with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and customers love his attention to detail along with his care for their belongings. This is reflected in his customer referral score, which is at an amazing 13-month streak of 100%! We’re thrilled to have him on our team and proud to call him one of our move heroes!

Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Harry Preas has been in the Charlotte area since 2022 and spent many months working as a driver for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rock Hill. His passion and care for others are evident in his personal life, where he enjoys game nights with friends and family, traveling to explore new cities, and playing golf. Harry has since elevated his moving, leadership, and management experience by becoming an Operations Manager on our Charlotte team. Welcome, Harry!

Shannon joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Charlotte team in December 2024 as an In-Home Move Consultant. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, he and his family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, three years ago. Shannon has over a decade of sales experience, including both inside and outside sales. Motivated by a belief in continuous improvement, he embraces the “be better than yesterday” mindset, which helps foster a positive and collaborative work environment. In his spare time, Shannon actively coaches his daughter’s and son’s basketball and football teams. He also enjoys playing occasional rounds of golf and detailing his car.

Haley joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Charlotte team as a Move Consultant, bringing enthusiasm, determination, and a passion for helping customers. With her bubbly personality and a natural ability to listen, she excels at understanding customer needs and ensuring a seamless moving experience. A true go-getter, Haley embraces the “Dream Big” mindset, consistently striving for growth and success. Outside of work, she treasures spending quality time with her family and enjoys shopping for the perfect finds. Her positive energy and commitment to exceptional service make her a valued member of the team.
