Advise that you send an experienced person with the team. We had three young men that were very polite, but inept in packing and handling household goods. They lacked the knowledge required to handle delicate and fragile items, which led to the breakage of Turkish marble shelves, holes and chips in furniture, as well as breakage of one of a kind figurines.

Reid, Mitchell, and Abrams were a great team for our move. They listened and responded to all of our needs and helped keep an easy going but productive environment, which is hard to do during a move. They worked well to problem solve some challenging/narrow stairways, turns, and corners getting out of our 3 level townhome. We also really enjoyed their fun spirit!

This was my 2nd time using Two Men and a Truck and both experiences were great! Fast, efficient, professional... will definitely use you again!

Helpful team members throughout the process. Improvement in communication for planning purposes would have been more helpful; ordered 250 boxes to have on hand the first day, seems truck crew was instructed to only arrive with 100.

The office lady was polite, however she over estimated the time needed even though I told her we wouldn't need that much time blocked off (estimated 3+ hrs more than needed).

Also was given 8-9am arrival time but didn't receive call that movers were on their way until 9am, with arrival time really closer to 10am.

Moving team was superb. Very personable, professional, and polite. Enjoyed them!

Simpson, Felton and Moore were extremely courteous, friendly and so pleasant to work with! They worked extremely hard and treated our things as if they were their own. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!
