The crew were amazing. They were helpful, polite, and fast. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition and they were wrapped up perfectly.
The front office was very helpful at first, but when I revised my estimate, they never gave the new paperwork to the crew. This caused me not to get my storage unit moved as well costing me time and a truck on my own. I was very disapointed.

The initial response time for building the quote for my move was 12 hours which was really impressive. The day of the move, we received an advance call when the movers were close and they arrived within the expected time frame. Once on site, Brown, Jones, and Rodgers were incredibly attentive to our requests, careful with our things, and flexible when requests were changed. 10/10 recommend!

Had an awesome experience with Chris and Seth from Two Men and a Truck during a move from Mt. Holly to Gastonia - it was of course pouring rain but these guys were total pros. Really appreciated the transparency of the fee process and promptness in replies from Celicia in the office. Great team all around, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
