The trio that moved us were nothing short of amazing. They were kind, careful, and very professional. They even interacted with our kids who are very young, which made the chaos of corralling them much easier. I can't say enough or give enough praise. What I can say is thank you Two Men and a Truck!

They got the heavy piece to the second floor in no time flat, they were great!

The move went great except a desk and flat screen tv were damaged and we lost one picture. The guys were great to work with.

@ Field -- Two gentle men who showed up for move in time. They were respectful and very pleasant to communicate. They handled my furniture with extra care and also made sure there were no scratches to walls or floor or to furniture itself. They were professional and would rate them extraordinary.

@ Back Office -- My initial calls, Quote and working with my coordinator on the move was great. She intern gave me tips on saving Move Cost. She was transparent, no hidden charges & final amount was what i had in mind.

@ Followup -- Receiving followup calls before move, on Move day and while moving and after move was great. They were inquiring like a family member.

Overall for any future moves i would consider 2Men& Truck and would strongly recommend them.

The team made it a point to be extremely careful with everything they did. The wall never got touched with furniture and they made sure that they had blankets covering the floors to protect the finish. They worked very swiftly and were very confident with everything, which is a must for me if I am having you dealing with my belongings. Will definitely recommend!

From the initial estimate with the office team to moving day, our experience with Two men and a Truck was smooth & professional. This was the easiest move I’ve ever done!

Almost everything went smoothly with my move. The team that set up my move did great, handled all my questions, responded to me promptly with good detail. They were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.
The moving crew was also great. They explained everything to me. They called on their way. They worked efficiently and safely. They communicated with me and did everything I asked them to do.
However, on the day of my scheduled move, I was given an arrival time of 1-5PM. However, that evening, no one ever showed up to move me. I received a call about 9PM that night from a manager explaining that a miscommunication caused the moving crew originally assigned to move me not to show up. Not late, but literally they did not show up AT ALL. Though they were able to schedule me for the next day with a new moving crew, I had to call out of work after missing a full day and getting nothing done. Now I am out of work for extra time unscheduled. I certainly understand that miscommunications can happen but if I were in a situation where I needed to be out of my home on the day of my move, I would have been in a very bad situation because of the miscommunication. Hopefully this was a fluke accident, but if not, I hope you will take this feedback and use it to improve so this does not happen again. Losing an entire day for a Client is not good business, I am sure you would agree.

The move team was friendly and did a good job moving items in and out of my house, however, I was not satisfied with the following:
the truck was delayed by 4-5 hours getting to my house due to poor GPS directions
the team was late showing up the next morning to finish the move
the truck hit and damaged a portion of my fence. I have not had a follow up call yet on this.

My tv screen is busted and the movers didn’t tell me. My washer was dropped and put a dent in the wall. It now leaks. My dining room table legs are scratched. I had to replace the washer and tv. I would not recommend or use Two Men and a Truck again.

Moving was quick and steady. Guys came in, loaded the truck and drove to our new home and unloaded just as quickly.
They placed our furniture where we asked, even if it was the second time (we changed our mind a bit.).
Only had one misplaced piece... nothing was broken or damaged in the move.
