The office staff was thorough and patient with my many questions and concerns resulting from not having moved in 30 years and having had unpleasant treatment during that move. The moving crew itself was as solicitous of my belongings as if they were their own. I came away from this experience feeling that I'd been treated like a friend or relative.

Everything went great. The estimate was very close. I just hoped it would be less expensive. But, since I never used a moving company before, I didn't realize how much time (and care) would be taken to wrap each piece of furniture in blankets and plastic.
