My experience with 2MAAT was as good as it get for customer service. The scheduler in Fletcher, NC was attentive and kept me up to date. The movers called to let me know when they were on the way and arrived on time. Justin and Chris wrapped what was needed and were very careful with my belongings. Their attitude was helpful and they did not daudle - kept moving during the entire moving process. The movers were careful about not marking floors or leaving a mess. I did not have to ask them for anything - they took care and showed experience. This was a great value and great experience in an age where poor customer service is the norm not the exception. I would definately recommend.

The only thing that could have been improved was the labelling of ghe boxes: crossing out the old labelling + using dark marking pen and larger print to label with the new information.

I chose Two Men and a Truck over other options because of the highly professional manner of the woman who answered the phone and took my information initially. Her efficiency and courteousness impressed me and made me feel confident that my move would be handled well. When I had to make changes to my inventory, I was again impressed with how well this was handled by phone. There were three movers who devoted the utmost care to my furniture and belongings. They were fantastic! I have moved many times over the years and this was by far my best experience!

JD & Kodiak were absolutely great! They were professional and personable and seemed happy to be there. They took care of my belongings while still moving quickly. They also helped with many things they didn't have to - taking out my trash, providing a lock when my storage garage didn't include one, and moving other furniture around in our new home. Even though there was an issue with the moving truck, they stayed calm and worked through it while still moving furniture and boxes. Thank you!
