For the money, the service was just okay. The movers were vaping in moments of down time, which by all estimations, they shouldn’t have.
Their general pace was extremely casual, as though they were helping a friend move, not as though they were representatives of a company charging by the hour.
I felt powerless and not very supported during this move, despite having paid over $700 for the service.
I will never recommend this organization to anyone, and will certainly never engage with you again myself.
What a bummer.

Took good care to protect property. Were efficient and worked at good pace. Seemed to know how to handle each item and were accommodating as far as placing furniture.

Jason and Kodiak did a great job moving our furniture. They were both very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The furniture they moved for me is from my family, and some of it is antique, so I appreciated their carefulness. The office staff I spoke with were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend the company if I have to move anything in the future.

Both movers were named Tim R., and both were so charming. They were also very patient when at the last minute I had misplaced my TV remote; they offered to help me find it, and I had forgotten that earlier I put it on the windowsill. Very kind. They were so careful with my furniture, too. Just outstanding.

Aaron was driver for our 2 moves, one to storage and another to our apt. He was courteous, respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. He is an outstanding individual and knows how to communicate and explain when questions are asked.
He and the men who came with him both times were fast, friendly and did an excellent job.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for a move.
The office staff was professional and explained in detail the cost and the process. Just could not have imagined the
superior performance of Two Men and a Truck in every way.
