One member of the team seemed genuinely caring about the process, my convenience, and the care of my property. The other seemed disinterested with a "let's just finish this asap" attitude. Several of my items were tossed into storage without consideration re: heavier items being on top of lighter ones. Several wooden pieces of furniture were noticeably scratched or marred, and a wicker chair was ruined (large hole punched into the back). Because the items were packed into a storage unit, I did not see the extent of damage and mishandling until I began unpacking. I had intended to use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to move my goods from storage into my new home, but after seeing the condition of the first few items upon opening the storage unit door, I immediately changed my mind.

2 of the 3 men that came had little focus and care for the move, only to get it over with. They didn't read the boxes to see where they were to go, never mind seeing fragile on the box. I have about 5 broken items. I've called their office 4 times and told they would look into the issues. I've never heard back from them.

we only had two issues with the actual move - we had a huge curio cabinet in our master bedroom that had to be tipped forward on it's front legs and then slid back my husband told them to put a rug under the front feet as he himself had moved this thing several times and knew how difficult it was - the end result was that the guys didn't put a rug under the feet and tipped it forward and it seriously scratched the hardwood floors this will require repairing floor; same thing at new place - the same cabinet and they gouged the epoxied garage floor in two long stripes this is unrepairable without stripping the whole garage floor and re-epoxying. Other than that it went smoothly. They could have moved faster and made better use of their time but all in all we got moved nicely - nice guys.

Tristan and Tim did a wonderful job and really hustled the entire day despite some extremely difficult pieces. Oh well keeping a wonderful attitude!

My eleventh move in fifty yrs and by far the best. Two 26’ trucks completely packed...high end furniture protected perfectly. A very difficult move with exceptionally heavy furniture that had to be walked down a steep driveway into a three level home. Not one complaint...no damage and I was totally pleased from beginning to end. The price was absolutely fair and the estimate within 2% of the final tab. I was proud to voluntarily tender a very good gratuity to the six gentlemen movers. I could not have been more pleased.

Jody and Kodiak were great workers and were very accommodating anytime I made a special request or suggestion.
One area that I would point out to them (since I've seen results of my move) would be:
IF AND WHEN POSSIBLE, try to consider "How will the customer access these items or boxes in the next few days/weeks?". (Try NOT to "pile" items several deep against a wall with no sight line to see what's there . . and no access to USE the shelves which had been moved and became part of the pile.)
I admit that the above may be 'too much' to ask in the midst of a very busy moving day . . it's just the "next area of improvement" by which this moving crew could make a customer even MORE happy.

Took too long for 3 guys. My last move with only 2 men clearing 2 apartments and going down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) and then up 4 floors, with elevator, to last apartment was 2 hours quicker. This move was down 4 floors with an elevator to a townhouse with a ground floor entrance. Ended up spending a few hundred more than expected. Tim put a hole in a wall and Carter made it known that they rely on tips (poor taste). Will have second thoughts on using company again for any future moves. Would like the difference back between this last move and the one a year prior as there was no difference in the amount of furniture and it was all in 1 place and not 2 apartments like last time.
