Both your two truck crews were great. They did a fantastic job, very professional, took great pains to make sure nothing was damaged, and were fun to work with. I was so happy that I tipped each one $50.00, and we will be using you again in the spring to relocate my girlfriend from Seneca, SC to Hendersonville, NC.

Jamal and Zane were very polite, very careful and very efficient. They made the move much easier for my wife and me. My only negative is the price is a little high compared to some local movers.

The crew of Nick, Justin, and Nathan out of the Fletcher office in NC were great. A quick strategy of the order of items going in the truck, and they were off! Great coordination among the crew, and with me. Great experience.

Our move was local. Though quite expensive for a local move, the three men that came should get a bonus. First off the truck broke down right in front of the house and they remained calm, then they moved one large furniture piece after another with no complaint and third it was raining all day. They took care of our items with only a few wall dings. (And ruts in our yard from rain and traffic) but they had a good attitude and were a pleasure to work with. I think it was very expensive for a local move. I know the men that came don’t get paid enough. They did a lot of hard work and deserve a bonus!!

Cost me double what I was initially told. Many of my furniture pieces were damaged. One piece was completely ruined. The piano is maimed significantly and almost every piece has some damage. There was damage to a wall.

Andrew in the office was absolutely terrific! Movers had good personalities & nice to work with. Didn’t come so prepared based on my video. Damaged my house number sign with truck. Rushed & not as careful with unloading. Left a big, heavy piece wrapped & turned up. I had to get help lowering it & placing it. Weak professionalism. Overall good experience - just expected a little more professionalism for the money.

The movers were efficient and did a great job moving two of us to and from two different locations in each city. It was certainly the most cost effective and simplest option for our moving needs. A couple items were slightly damaged, primarily aesthetically not functionally, and some bolts and screws were left on the truck, but return via mail promptly. I appreciated the movers positive attitudes and friendly demeanor. Thanks for the help!

The packing & moving went smoothly, professionally. The issues, & the reason I'd hesitate to recommend you, surfaced after the move. When we began unpacking, three very good coats were used as packing material in the bottom of a box instead being hung. Two items were damaged. Illogical packing-electronic components separate from remotes, lamps separate from bulbs, etc.
The overwhelming problem, however, was when I returned to the house after the move to meet with the cleaning team and found LOTS of items had not been packed & moved as instructed. Heavy boxes of hardware I could not lift, drawers full of utensils, all the pictures and rug in one room. This issue was addressed well but should never have happened. Very stressful with just a few hours before the buyer's walkthrough.
