I was very satisfied with the move and speed at which the job was done. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I had a very good experience with your company. The only issue I had was that the information taken over the phone was incorrect as I had explained we had a ONE BEDROOM APT with furniture to move into a storage unit but the instructions given to the "TWO MEN" movers was that there would only be a few pieces of furniture. So, the poor guys ( who had a GREAT attitude about it all) had a lot more work and time to spend on this move than they were given time for but made it happen anyway! The guys were great and worked very hard to move it all as quickly as possible. Your company has a couple of very good employees in those two men! Thanks again. We will refer and use again.

Both Arron and Austin were beyond belief. They were efficient, cheerful, and skilled at moving heavy (piano) items carefully, utilizing their custom tools. They completed the move under the estimated time. I couldn’ t be more pleased and will request them for the remainder of my move.
The office staff followed up and provided good information on logistics before the move.

Everything went well in the moving but still waiting for final bill

Ty and Aaron were great to work with. Access to my house was difficult and they worked through it. They are the experts but it was my stuff, so sometimes I had them rearrange the boxes in the storage unit and every time, they did it gladly and showed no frustration. They really did make me feel like my opinion mattered. Great job guys, moving day is really stressful on a home owner, lots emotions that may not even be rational and you did not add to my stress in the least.

Billed twice due to communication issue between office staff and movers. Not a big deal but interaction amongst all parties is crucial at all times. I told office staff I would be sending a check with balance due with movers; however, my credit card was also charged. Not a deal breaker for future business!

I was very happy with the service provided by your company. You movers were very professional and knowledgeable. They were energetic young men that moved right along to get the job done in a minimum of time. Which is very important since your rates are calculated on time.
