Overall, a very good experience. Movers and office staff were friendly, hard working and professional. Had some minor disagreements on damage reimbursement but acceptable in the end. Definitely recommend to use.

I had a three man team move me, and I have to say they were extremely careful with my furniture. I have a couple of pieces (corner curio cabinets) that I really panic over when I move, and these young men handled them extreme care. I cannot thank them enough. It only took them a little over three hours to wrap, load, and unload. If I have to do this again, move that is, I will call them.

Since no member came out to estimate our volume of goods the team couldn’t load everything. So we had to not only get a trailer but I had to rent a storage. Now I have to go back to Ms. to pickup the rest of my things. I was very dissatisfied with that part of the move. The moving team was good.

After speaking to Mr. Steven, he said: I am sorry I said I wouldn’t recommend your company. I really do think the team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you to anyone. I just hit the wrong answer.

I understand that the representative was “fitting me in” when I called her last minute. I appreciate her for that as my place had recently burned down and I need to move by a certain day. However, they put me at the end of the schedule. I explained to Emma that I had no electricity due to the fire and by the time they arrived it was so dark. I wouldn’t use this company again.

Mariana, I just wanted to write you an apologize if there was any miscommunication on my end. I know for sure if you would have told me there was no power to the apartment, I would have made sure to not book you in the evening. You and your mom were both on the phone, and neither of you communicated there was no power to the apartment. This is a huge safety issue with our guys and we cannot complete moves without any power. We came in and completed what we could, which could have been a bigger issue had someone gotten hurt. We were only trying to help you guys out, when you called us last minute to complete a move for you. Again, sorry for the inconvenience, but we did everything we could to try and help you guys out last minute.

The price was super reasonable, all of my questions were answered with ease, and the moving team were absolute rockstars, setting up all my gear perfectly, and even handled massive, unique items with care.
