Arrived Three & a half hours later than scheduled. Could have wrapped furniture better. A little on the slow side. Otherwise courteous & friendly.

I needed to move furniture up 3 flights of stairs. The office staff gave me a quote within a few minutes and was able to accomodate my needs within 24 hours. That was amazing. The two gentlemen who came to deliver my furniture were so nice and worked to ensure the furniture went up all three flights with no damage. I was so impressed and will be using this service in the future for any of my local delivery needs.

My recommendation is that a staff do a pre-walkthrough of items to make sure all of it will fit on the truck being sent to property. Thanks to the Gulfport location they are sending out a second truck to pick up items that they could not fit on the first truck. The staff was awesome.

The movers were fantastic, professional, competent and quick! Trevor, Hardy, and Josh could not have been more helpful! The office staff was also professional. As a manager myself, I felt the manager was not focused on customer service. When I mentioned that the movers showed up with food and didn't annotate it, I was told that Popeyes is open for breakfast. A more professional response would have been to ask her team...after she did, she realized that they did in fact stop and I was being charged for this. No apology offered. We had an issue at the gate that was not our fault and ended up paying for it. We will share this with other mil members who consider the company. I was sad to learn that the concessions made would be charged to our movers. They are the only reason I would return.

As the manger who dealt with the situation, I personally called you from my cell phone while I was out of the office to assure you we would handle the bill fairly and make sure you were not overcharged for "wait time" at the military gate. I said I was terribly sorry that the move was being pushed back "time wise" because of us having to wait at the gate.<br/><br/>As I look back at our records we did take all the extra time that we waited at the military gate, which brought your final bill below what you were originally quoted. I personally felt we did everything we could to handle the situation that ultimately was out of our control. If you feel you need to discuss this further please call our office at 228-284-1736. A great experience all the way around with both the office staff & the movers. The movers were willing to go the extra mile, delivering to both a storage unit as well as the house. They took great care making sure my furniture was not damaged. I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you need an expedited move without having to work around anyone else's schedule.

Rebecca really was on top of everything and was very helpful in sending two trucks and two crews. Trevor, Chris, Sage & Hardy arrived on time, worked at a steady rate for nearly 6 hours and successfully moved us from storage to our new home without damage to a single thing including our brand new house! They were especially careful with the items that I indicated had great meaning for me. I could not recommend this crew more for any sort of move you are making!! All the guys were very polite and very careful with our belongings. It was a wonderful surprise that not one thing was damaged and I truly appreciated their efforts.

Office staff was always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Jacob and Ryland arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and never stopped working hard. They finished under the estimated time (and we had more to move than I had estimated!). I will strongly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to my friends, and these two men in particular!

The truck lift gate was broken. So I and others had to help staff lift and move safe. Movers where also late.
