Won’t use again. Very expensive for moving a piano from one house to a house across the road. $180 of the bill was for your guys to ride from your place of business 23 minutes to the house and 23 minutes back to your business. 45 minutes charged for the move. 10-15 minutes of that was the driver trying to figure out how to maneuver in an out of the driveways.

Definitely an excellent staff, but more than the office staff, the team assigned to our move did an amazing job. Very satisfied ????

The price was too high for the amount of time they spent and they only moved 1 bedroom suite and a few boxes.

I have two pieces of furniture that were damaged and was told someone would contact me about repairs and I haven’t heard from anyone. Today makes one week since they moved me.

The over all move went great, the office staff very helpful, the moving team was very helpful and great attitude, fast workers, took time to answer any questions. Only issue was one piece was damaged. I would recommend this crew.

Handling of furniture was rough. Turned couches and furniture on ends and then dragged briefly on cement tearing end of couch and scratching furniture. Also, dented metal furniture due to mishandling. Mattresses both had dirt and torn either from dragging or dirty truck.

Overall the move went great. The guys even helped me load some stuff into my personal vehicle before heading out to my new place. The guys were great, had a great attitude and sense of humor and worked to get the job done in a timely manner. The only issue was that there was some damage to a cabinet pull in my kitchen and some damage to my front loading dryer door. The guys did not mention the damage to me and I did not find out about it until after they left.

Hole puncture in wall, broken curtain rod, moving one hour away and I had entire house packed and the move took about 12 hours. Entirely too long.

After unpacking on the next day, I found a few saucers that were broken; Also, I think because they were tired they did not assemble a tv that was disassembled when they packed it in the truck.
