Besides the mattress (which we paid extra for), none of our furniture was wrapped or protected. I thought that was included?My boyfriend saw movers put our big pricey dresser down on our parking lot with no protection even though the truck was full of moving pads. Once the items were moved, I was told the dresser had 1 chip. (Later I found out it was damaged in other places & our other dresser was scratched during the move too).

I asked Chris what we could do & he said he’d call his manager. He tried once & no one answered. He told me there was nothing they could do besides give me what was in their pockets (unprofessional). I started to call the office myself & Chris said he’d call his “other manager” who answered right away.

Very disappointed our furniture wasn’t handled with care.

Overall we had a good experience. Office staff were wonderful and very patient. Movers were nice and no major damage to our furniture. Was slightly displeased about boxes that were clearly labeled being placed in the wrong rooms. Seemed like they stacked 3 boxes and whatever the top box says is where they went with all 3. I also didn’t love how they used the dolly on my wooden steps.

Over all service was good. The guys did a good job, good attitude , worked hard and courteous. However, we did have significant damage to our kitchen table but we did not notice until the next day.

Movers damaged walls in new house while moving furniture in. Movers complained about moving piano. Several pieces of furniture were damaged upon arrival at the new location.

Fantastic service. The 2 Men who moved us to our new home were polite, helpful and worked diligently to get our move accomplished. Highly recommend.

Pat and Kyle were excellent. They showed up early, were friendly and worked efficiently. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even carried my sofa up 8 very steep flights of stairs to the 4th floor to my apartment.

Door block was broken. Missing cushion and pillow.

They never removed shoes or any protective covering on shoes ,Our carpet & floor was meshed up with mud , We have to clean & shampoo our floor afterward needs some reimbursement or discount due to poor or bad handling while moving

The two guys were great! They worked together well, worked well with us and were very respectful to my elderly parents. They helped us remove the TV from the wall mount and everything was moved with no issues in the middle of freezing temperatures and snowfall. They made the move very low stress. Incredible service!

The mowers were awesome. Great attitudes and hard workers.
