We are so impressed with the service from Two Men and a Truck. From my first phone call to the office til the truck rolled out of the driveway after the move. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, intelligent, helpful, careful, attentive to detail. We can’t say enough good things about everyone and all of the service. We will certainly recommend Two Men and a Truck whenever we’re asked about our experiences. Thank you for making this move a great one.

Very professional young men, work very hard and fast. Handled everything with care.. No damage found.

The two young men were fabulous. Beyond a gouge in floor in large bedroom (await manager to call about it) they did a great job. One piece of furniture would not fit in the desired place and they were terrific about taking back to the old house next door!

A shelf made of particle board fell apart during the move. The movers felt terrible, and took $70 off my bill. I appreciate them taking ownership of the mistake and making it right.

The move itself went well, but during either the disassembly or reassembly of my bed, the movers cracked a piece of one of the sideboards. When I raised attention of the matter to the company, it refused to acknowledge fault. I will not be using Two Men and a Truck again and will advise others in the mid-Missouri area to also avoid using the company’s services.

The movers Nick and Mike dropped and damaged my piano during this move. Now office staff is being rude and discousteous about this incident.

Great experience, all the way around! Had one item that broke as it was being moved off the truck, and received a call immediately from the manager who took the value of the item off the bill. Movers were efficient, polite and fun to be around. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone else!

I was very happy with my overall experience with the moving team, but they tore two holes in the vinyl flooring of the home I was moving out of while moving my couch. One of the holes is quite sizable and we will now have to repair that floor in order to sell the house. The moving team was really nice, but one of the movers was young and seemed inexperienced and he kind of dropped the couch when they lifted it to move it the first time. It was a really heavy couch and they had the protective lifting equipment on, but this kid was not ready and immediately dropped his side which I am pretty sure is when the damage occurred. Otherwise the experience was great. The person I called to make the arrangements with was a delight and two of the movers were focused, professional, and efficient.

We moved on a rainy day which made the whole process more miserable. The men helping us were careful of our property but I have a fireplace that has a loose top and a recliner that has a back not installed correctly. They took it apart when moving.

Jessica and Jacob in the office were great and their follow up was incredible. Ashton, Emmanuel, Nate, Nick on the moving Team were remarkable in their ability, ease and handling of the goods and furniture. Each of these guys provided a seamless process from beginning until completion with a phenomenal attitude, care and concern. They deserve a 10 Star rating!
