I am still waiting for a call back can't remember the individuals name that called concerning ALL the dings, nicks and gouges in my wood furniture. Your staff did more damage in 4-5 hours of our move to my wood furniture than my grandsons have done in 11 years of them playing in our home. I am still finding damage to my furniture that needs attention and I have a leveler on my china hutch andamp; endtable that needs to be replaced I need a mattress proctector replaced that your guys completely destroyed. I had to clean my mattresses that had dirt stains on. I have never been so disappointed in the way my furniture was taken care of. I really have a hard time believing that furniture pads were used and I don't understand what putting plasting shrink wrap on furniture does to protect it.

The movers we had did a great job and they were very hard working. I only gave them a good rating because they did come about 25 minutes late so that made it a little harder to coordinate the day and the people helping us with the move. Once they were there, they were excellent. They were so accommodating and helpful in their work. They were friendly and nice to have as movers.

Great guys. Very curtiuos. Hard workers. Sales guys on phone were awesome.
