Charles is the general manager of our New Brighton location, and he has been a huge part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for years. Charles started on the trucks in 2016, but quickly moved up the rankings to crew chief, operations manager, and location manager. Charles now leads our second-largest location in the Twin Cities! Something really cool about Charles is his ability to connect with his team. You can see his respect and passion for his moving team in everything he does. Nick is our fearless leader, and the man behind TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the Twin Cities. Nick and his father, Dave, started TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Burnsville in 1999 as a two-truck operation. We now run a 75-truck operation with 11 locations and no plans to slow down. We owe this growth to Nick's passion, trust, and creativity. In his spare time, Nick loves to golf, spend time up north, and chill with his family.

Dan is our Senior Director of Sales and Business Development, bringing a wealth of experience from his impressive nineteen-year tenure with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since 2003. His commitment to our core values is reflected in his dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Dan's passion for the business is palpable, and we've cherished watching him thrive and grow alongside us.

Having been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over 15 years, Joe has built his way up within the company from driver to operations manager to regional manager to our President of Junk Services. Joe is really the man behind the curtain that makes our TMTJ operation run so smoothly. He is passionate about coaching our managers and helping them meet their goals wherever they may be in the company. Joe has experienced firsthand how to grow a career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and we love that he is a mentor to the rest of our team.

Terry Arndt is the Controller at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, where he leads the company’s financial operations and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From overseeing accounting processes to managing budgets and financial reporting, Terry plays a key role in keeping the business on track and positioned for continued growth across Minnesota and Wisconsin. His work helps support both the moving and junk services teams, allowing them to focus on delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.

Terry earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Strayer University and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to his role. He enjoys being part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time.

Growing up in a small farming community in southern Minnesota, Terry developed a strong work ethic early in life, something that still shows in his work today. At just 15, he took on the challenge of restoring a 1967 Mustang into a show car, and he later spent years racing motocross on a custom-built track at home. Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his dachshund, Harley, an energetic 11-year-old with plenty of personality who keeps him on his toes.

Sally is our outstanding marketing leader! She has a strong passion for marketing, almost on par with her love for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Her commitment to us is so deep that she briefly left but returned to work with us again. Sally has been part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family for more than seven years, including over two years here in Minnesota. Her enthusiasm shines through in all the marketing campaigns she develops and her commitment to our community. When she's not busy with our company's marketing, she enjoys quality time with her husband and two children or cheering on Tennessee football.

Meet Tammie, our Human Resources Manager. Tammie joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in January 2022. She is basically a superhero in the HR World! With all our continued growth, we knew Tammie was a great fit for us from the start. Tammie has added so much to our team. We are so grateful for her addition and everything she has brought to the table. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her grandchildren!

Luke is our Business to Business specialist! Luke specifically works with our business clients, whether it is a one time move or continued services. Luke works with the company every step of the way during the moving process. Prior to this position, Luke has successfully managed operations on the north side of the metro, proving he’s more than capable of serving our business clients. Like many others in our company, Luke began his journey as a mover, and his deep understanding of our business, combined with his keen insights into what keeps everything running smoothly, is truly inspiring. He has become a pivotal figure at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and we’re excited to see how he continues to grow with us.

Allie is the manager of our top-notch customer service team. This team helps our customers from the first call all the way through their move. It is this team's job to ensure that our customers feel prepared for the day of the move. Allie has been a part of our team since the summer of 2021, and she has jumped right in. She really does care about TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and making sure our customers are in the best hands. Allie is amazing! If you chat with her on the phone, you know you are getting excellent service!

Jess is one of our amazing customer service representatives, and there is no denying she loves helping our customers. From the time Jess started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK nearly a year ago, she immediately connected with our customers and made them feel comfortable in a stressful time. Jess is also really fantastic at making delicious treats for her coworkers, and we can't thank her enough for that!
