The quote we were given initially was high but we booked it anyways because we had a short window before move date. Haulers took really long to load up a one bed apt w/ minimal furniture. Arrived at new apartment and spent alot of time standing around talking wandering back and forth then tried to tell me it would be 50% more so I ended up helping them. No discount. Caught in several lies.

The crew that moved mom and dad from third floor of Pillars to Memory Care really did CARE about them and their property. They were kind and respectful and worked efficiently.

My overall satisfaction with 2 men a truck is overall positive. Ran into several snafus along the way but ultimately resolve by Jameer the owner and his team. Special thanks to Mike the scheduler and Darien one of his many movers.
