Jordan,one of your employees, and our mover had a GREAT l At the end when I had to pay, it took over 45 minutes to pay because your system was down. Jordan said that you should be collecting credit card inform at the time we commit to an appointment. The movers should not be collecting pymt. your software should process payment after they submit inv at end of move. Very ineffective pymt protocl

My moving team did an incredible job with my move. They communicates well with me and with each other. They asked me, more than one time, ‘how are you feeling’ - which showed their consideration for my stress in the moving experience. They handled my move with grace and professionalism beyond their years!

The team that helped me move was incredible! They were professional, courteous, and asked questions for clarification when needed. The move went smoothly and was spot-on with the estimated time. I know that moving from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator was not an easy task, but all 3 of them maintained a positive attitude throughout the day. I would definitely work with this company again.

The movers were very careful with our stuff and made sure things were wrapped and protected when necessary. They were courteous and made sure they understood our needs. All in all a positive experience!

The men that came and loaded my trailer at 208 lynx trail in mankato were excellent! They came in and asked how I would like it loaded and poof it was done. They were so fast I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the job they did. A big thank you to Eric, Tony and Connor. Great guy to deal with a fun too.
