I changed the quantity of items I would move (added more items) and I didn't receive the new Estimate neither the new summary/email from office staff so the final price was much more expensive than I expected, they should say how much each item could increase the price (more or less).
The movers were very polite and took care of my furniture, but I hated the fact that one of the movers convinced me to get their TV box but he didn't tell me about the price, after I checked the bill and it was $15, EXTREMELY expensive for a TV box (at Lowes it's less than $5), if the movers had told me before I would never get it once I did have mine, they definitely should say the price when offer any extra item.

Professional and very efficient along with being courteous and extremely careful with all of our items. I would recommend these 2 guys to anyone along with two men and a truck. Nightmare from the moment the movers came. The one guy used my sons cologne and sprayed it on himself. Ridiculous. They didnandamp;acirc;€™t wear anything on their feet in the old house nor did I ask them to since we are leaving (but they should have.) They took a ridiculous amount of smoke breaks. They talked and talked about if they had known this or that, they would have brought a different truck. I was VERY clear about what I needed moved and they should have come prepared. They constantly talked about all of the things that they didnandamp;acirc;€™t have room for. At the new house, I asked them to do something about their boots as we just spent $8500 on carpet. I was told booties andamp;acirc;€œare against OSHAandamp;acirc;€ but I can pay for plastic wrap at $20 a roll. Unacceptable. Your job to protect my stuff. Tables have gashes them.

I was extremely pleased with my move, the workers were to courteous and caring of my items. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I have.

I have never used a moving company before and I couldn't have been happier with my decision to hire Two Men and a Truck. Erica in the office was super helpful explaining everything and our two movers were nice and quick.

Iandacirc;??ve used their services for years with no issues. They have always been very professional. For some unknown reason the last major move I used Whitestar and they were horrible the cost was more than quoted they damaged so many items and even lost our lids to our pots andamp; pans and wouldnandacirc;??t take care of the damages. Iandacirc;??ll never use them again. Again we have never had an issue with Two Men andamp; a Truck and neither will you. Iandacirc;??ll never use anyone else for local moves again.
