My stuff was loaded into my storage unit very poorly. A lot of my boxes were crushed due to how two men and a truck loaded it placing heavy boxes on top of card board boxes. Other things were completely disformed due to being poorly packed. Even the team that unloaded my property stated “who ever loaded your storage unit did a poor job”. When I called two men and a truck to talk about this I got absolutely no compensation.

I personally believe that the team I had working would have done better if one of them was able to make decisions on his own. I am certain that due to Cam’s lack of being able to do things without Will telling him what to do cost me more money. Will did a lot of the work and had to walk Cam through it all. Cam said he has been there a couple of months so I figured he knew what he needed to do. He was a very nice young man but I really do think that he cost me money. They only moved 7 items and it took them around 3.5 hours which cost me a lot of money and time out of my day when it should have been done in under 3 hours.

Movers were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and thoroughly protected my heavier, more expensive furniture. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would recommend having damages disclosed to the customer at the time of the move rather than having to find out via inspection of items as that was the only negative part of this experience.

I have moved many times before and this was the best "attitude" I have seen. Instead of hearing moaning and groaning about how heavy something was, I heard "that is why we are here".
