Thaddeus, Anthony, and Ingram were an incredible, efficient team! They got along great and their team work was fantastic. There were several heavy, bulky items they had to maneuver up a tight staircase, and their communication and efforts were commendable, keeping a positive attitude the entire time to get the job done and without a single scratch. These guys were super helping us solve an in home moving problem with a heavy power bed.

The guys on the moving team were GREAT, but I could have used some bigger humans for the furniture they needed to move. This was some heavy stuff, and they struggled a bit on the stairs in my place. There wasn't any damage and no one got hurt, so all is good! We will see you for our next moving needs.

I was so impressed with Mikaela. I was a problem customer and had last minute changes right up to the day before the move. She took it in stride and melade everything easy. I was a little disappointed that I was charged 16 dollars for the mattress bag when she told me it came with the service when I specifically asked if they could shrink wrap the bed. I was a little shocked at the ending price as I had used you guys to move from Haslett to East Lansing from a third floor to a first floor and it ended up costing me more to move five miles, around the same amount of boxes and maybe 5 more furniture items. Over all I would do it again because it works with my work schedule. I didn't have the time or energy to do it myself. The moving guys were so polite to my mom she was so impressed! Thanks
