My movers were amazing and so professional. It was one of the most stressful days I’ve ever had, being a long distance move and my movers completely put me at ease.
I have no idea where these men get their energy but they never slowed down.
I would 100% recommend 2 men for anyone planing on hiring a company to move.
The whole day was flawless.

We're still looking for 2 items that were moved from a curio cabinet and an outdoor sculpture. Hopefully we won't have to file a claim for these items

We were happy for the most part with the movers but there were little things broken and a very large garden sculpture was not put on the truck. I haven't finished unpacking yet but parts of two John Perry sculptures are still missing. Hopefully they will turn up or those two art pieces will be toast.

The movers were very nice and Lori in the office is great. I have several spots on my dresser including a gouge on the front and the top of my antique buffet is totally broken and the wood is split. I feel that with all the moving blankets that were on the truck this should not have happened. I expect these things to be fixed. I also wonder if the dollies were not padded enough for the furniture. It remains to be seen how this is all handled if I ever recommend you or use you again. Since the guys are very careful not to bump into things I am not sure how all this happened. If I didn't care about these pieces of furniture and were not well cared for for many years I wouldn't be so concerned.

The guys that worked our move where very friendly, but they did not wrap furniture which caused marks on walls and cabinets to open.

After the move and as I unpack, I've found multiple items damaged. I have a leather chair that has scratches so bad that it can't be fixed and looks horrible in my den. I have 2 American flags that are so dirty from the movers putting them on the ground or something that I'm embarrased to fly them so I'll need to buy new ones. I have an exercise bike that the electronic display was broken off and won't connect any more. In addition, the bikes wheel housing is cracked and looks so bad that I'll have to throw it away instead of selling it some day. And that's just the stuff I've unpacked so far. I'm really not sure why I paided $1500 to have my stuff so damaged. The new guy on the job was fine and the first 2 moves I used 2MT went fine, but I can't say that this 3rd time.

In general the move and packing went well with a couple issues. The glass shelves in the china cabinet were not replaced after the move. One was left at the old location and 2 are missing. Additionally a door was not put back and the hinge pins are missing. Calling the office that day and the next was useless as no one returned our calls or messages.

One of the movers (Durrell?) was excellent. One was reckless. One was acceptable. The end result was two holes in the wall, chipped flooring, paint damage to our new condo and railing damage to our old home. For all of this I was offered $100, or they would have approved vendors assess the damage, however, they had no idea when that would be. We paid by credit card. We are disputing and have held up payment until resolved. The offer to resolve our complaints with $100 wasn’t made by the owner. It was left to the receptionist.

Great team! It was a long day and they were cheerful, patient and careful. They were happy to move things around inside when we needed. They made the process much less stressful than expected!
