An ornate mirror was broken during my move. Some of the paint was scratched off some of my furniture. Thanks adequate floor protection was put down.

When the movers arrived and surveyed what needed to be moved, I was told the job was under estimated. I immediately said I needed the furniture moved more than the boxes. I had thrown away some things that were on the original list. Half way through, the lead mover said again, they would not be able to finished, I again stated I needed the larger items moves and I could handle the boxes. The movers filled the truck up with boxes and then told me that the truck was full. They had taken the piano, not the piano bench. Taken the dresser, but not the mirror. Wanted me to pay for 5 1/2 hours of work when there were times they were talking more than moving my items. They even cracked one on my TVs. I had to talk to a supervisor in order to get items moved that were on the original list.

Good workers. They worked very hard. Damaged walls, floors, siding, and furniture.

Your company needs to provide a good first aid kit on each truck! One guy cut his finger and it was bleeding pretty good. It took time for me to find ointment etc. It took gauze not just a bandaid so he could continue to work. Time was lost and some blood on furniture. Accidents happen.

I was told it would work for one day then could not get ahold of office to get that day and had to get another service day.
Moving crew could not move all furniture and I had to take another day off to move those pieces myself. One of the movers had and atrocious attitude and kept complaining about the work being done and kept tossing boxes on top of others instead of properly setting them down on the dolly. One end table was broken and the movers didn't tell me, instead hid it behind a stack of boxes. Many pieces of big furniture were left on there end so I had to get help moving them further. When I asked if they could help me put a piece of furniture back together they said I really didn't need their help with that, but they were the ones who had taken it apart to move.

They didn’t finish the job my box springs are still in my living room the walls were damaged and no has bothered to contact me about it. So I’m sure you can understand my discuss and I Paid ahead of time, and that day they called me and wanted me to do the job at noon I couldn’t get there until 12:30 and they were in my Drive way waiting for me I ask them if they had straps they said yes and went and got them didn’t turn off the truck, the last guys you sent out were great they were strong they used there safety equipment. This one young kid was met even strong enough to do the work and the dark geared guy had to tell him to be carful with the walls he didn’t even pay any attention to him. So I’m not happy with the job and I’ve been tiring to patch the wall’s . It’s still a mess.

One of the pieces of furniture(bookcase) did have a small amount of damage to the point a glass front was dislodged from position and did break eventually as was crooked in frame of door. This is an antique barrister style and rest of sections were OK. I have contacted Kalamazoo office andam having a glass company taking a look at it today and will advise what repair cost is. They are already aware of this.

Movers were awesome, slight damage to walls but I understand stuff happens!
Office staff very helpful on getting it repaired.
Will definitely use again!

Everything was good except some of the smaller parts to our shelves are missing,they were removed for shipping but we can’t find them.also the tvs weren’t unwrapped.OK Other than those two items,THANKS

Caleb and crew were terrific! Very polite and respectful. Nice sense of humor. Moved very quickly and seemed to work well as a team. One of the team they called "rookie" (teasingly, of course) once in awhile. The others coached him when necessary and gave him tips where appropriate. Caleb was confident and authoritative without being bossy. He led by experience and example. As a manager of people it was nice to see that if there were any hiccups they were invisible to us as the customer. Found a couple of dings after they left, but overall for how much they moved and the size of the pieces they did a terrific job!
