The movers were knowledgeable and courteous. They moved quickly and efficiently. They even beat the estimated time. My mother-in-law and daughter recommended Two Men and a Truck having used your company in the past. They were both happy with the service.

My appointment time was not met and no one contacted me about any delays. I took a day off work for the move which did not happen on the day that was scheduled. Suggest the movers contact the customer when they know they are not going to meet the timeframe set so the home owner can make a new plan.

Everyone was professional and personal. Communications between the team members was constant, complete and friendly. The same from management and the team with the customer. They were efficient and proficient in their work.

All estimates were made online and through email. No one came to the house to estimate what was needed. Movers ran out of room on truck and called to see what we wanted left behind. Told him that we had everything on the emailed estimate. Showed up here with additional truck and man. They didn't leave Allen Park until after midnight. We are still waiting for a call from the person that takes care of damage to the wood floor and molding. We used your company 14 years ago with no problem; not sure if we would again or refer your company. The movers were very nice and no complaints except for the youngest man. It turned out to be a long day for them and we're sure they were tired and hot. Your company should send out someone to do an estimate and not rely on emails.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for the 3rd time now and I have always been satisfied w/ their services. This last time was esp. exceptional because the team members/movers were nice and very thorough w/ everything -- from making sure certain furniture were packed/wrapped properly and securely, to setting them up properly & satisfactorily. And, their nice, friendly attitude was a nice plus, also. It was even fun chatting w/ them. I would certainly recommend this company.

Jana from the office was friendly and helpful. Jeff, Kyle, Donnie did very good job moving, were very efficient. It was a small job moving furniture out of an assisted living facility. Jeff and crew were very conscious of the old people trying to maneuver through the hallways, very careful and courteous towards those residents, even though they were forced to work in the evening after an earlier job had gone longer than estimated. Jeff gives me confidence that Two Men and a Truck would be a reasonable choice for a bigger cross country house move at a future date.
