I could not be happier with Collin and TJ who were mt movers.They were extremely courteus and professional in handling of my personal items. They deserve a raise.

They had to switch crews and lost information on where things went, took much longer than quoted/planned. They were courteous and took very good care of all the items.

Your movers worked very well together and did an excellent job. I appreciated the fact that they didn't waste time that would have cost me money. The only thing I would advise is that your movers let the customer know when they are breaking for lunch.

The guys worked very hard to get everything moved as efficiently as they were able to!

1 of the team found $100 under a bedroom lamp and immediately advised me vs quietly pocketing the cash! That honesty was appreciated!

The 2 men who handled the move were excellent, as with the lady I felt with on the phone. The reason I rated some quests less then excellent was do to the malfunctioning of the ramp on the truck, there was about an hour or more wasted by the movers trying to get it to work. After the truck was loaded Thursday night they were not able to get the ramp back in and complete the job. On Friday morning they were not able to get the ramp down and had to manhandle unpacking the truck at the storage unit conciderably increase the time to complete. It is plain to me there may be a problem with care and maintenance of some of the trucks equipment, meaning the ramp. My prior 2 experiences with your company were much better because of the ramp problems.

By far the best moving company we’ve ever used, in our 14 moves we have had to use others when two men and a truck were not local and the difference is so huge that it’s hard to describe how superior your services are compared to anywhere else. From your office staff to the movers themselves, everyone is always courteous and professional, they get the job done right and during a really stressful time the value of that is huge.

Good service. Good company. Very expensive for what I needed though. Only needed two couches, two love seats and a chair moved to different rooms. No truck needed. $200. Having said that, I knew the cost up front and I am unable to do it myself, it is what it is. The guys were friendly, careful with walls and new floors and did a good job.

They did a great job. We estimated one truckload. Instead we had two truckloads. Since we lived one-half hour from the storage facility, the move took all day. The two men worked efficiently and continually. I definitely would have them again.
