I wish I got the names of the two young men that helped me. They were so nice! They did a great job! They were cautious and careful. They asked if I needed anything else. They were friendly. They communicated with me to let me know they were on their way. They were on time. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Thank you so much, Two Men!

Expensive! Storage unit move to an 828 sq/ft house for over $730! There was an overage charge to my bill because it took longer than 3 hrs. The storage unit is 1 mile to move site. Trainee used for my move w/ no notice of his hire to me. Movers were not efficient because trainee didn't know use of moving gear. A dolly was only utilized once doubling time. The mover stated it was too pricey!

Looking at your sales order based on what you mentioned and I would like to give some clarification, we do not have an overage charge because of a move going longer. Looking at your original estimate, your move was estimated for 1.5 to 2.5 hours and after looking at the final sales order the move was charged at 2.5 hours so while it may have been higher than what you had hoped for it was still within the original estimate that you were emailed and agreed to when you signed and sent back your pre-move confirmation letter.

400 characters is not nearly enough to detail the issues we had with our move. From the estimate, the pack and prep, the actual move, the amount of supplies and manpower that was allotted for our job it was a complete disaster. Most of the individual team members were pleasant and hard-working. It was all the leaders and supervisors who were difficult to deal with. I would NEVER recommend two men

The movers were in time, very efficient and careful. The office was able to shift our move data the week of the move due to the current tenant not being out yet.
