They were very nice. But, I told them to move my dog crate and dog house, they didn’t move it. I also found out later in the day that my daughters bike and scooter is bent up.

Busted my lamp, busted my BRAND NEW bed and now I really don't know what to do? Yes I filled out a claim form.

Our movers were excellent, but we did have a damaged mattress from movers folding it like a taco to load into the truck. The manager at the Holland, MI location called to followup and said we should turn it over for a few days and the lumps will even out. We turned a King size mattress over each morning and then back over each night to sleep on which was a cumbersome task for a back injured individual with no results. Although the manager didn't seem to interested in complying with Two Men and a Trucks 100% insured for any damages, we are sending more pictures of our lumpy mattress to the manager today in hopes of being compensated for damages as it looks like a new mattress purchase may be needed as our mattress was in excellent condition before the move.

We had a torn screen door occur when moving. I reported the accident and the supervisor came out removed the patio door , had it repaired and came back out and installed it. Very good service overall...

I am happy with my experience for the most part. The movers did a great job with the exception of breaking our couch. The right arm rest was completely tore away from the back and side. I am now forced to try to purchase another one...

The initial quote was provided but was under estimated. We moved most of the boxes ourselves on the day before two men and a truck arrived. If they would have moved the boxes the initial quote would not have been achieved. The moving team was extremely motivated and fast. One of the movers was sick and he was a trooper! He pulled through and even though he was sick did a great job. The only issue was that three of the wood item had scratches and had to be touched up. It didn’t seem like they took the extra time to make sure the items were properly handled and covered to prevent damage. We still were happy with the service and will use two men and a truck again.

The three young men were great! We would most definitely refer them to others.

Use this company for the first time and had absolutely no problems or issues would recommend this company anytime

As with any good service, your company started with an excellent appraisal and estimate, followed through with a moving team, and completed, closed out, the move professionally.

Very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend!! The staff was great!
