The move was pretty good. Rowland is an extremely hardworking guy. I was disappointed that the two legs were snapped off our brand new dining room table. I was told I needed to call the office about it. I would think that they would call me. It will be 4-6 weeks before i can get the legs. Eating off off a folding table for that long does not make me happy.

There is just one matter that hasn't been addressed by the company that came to correct two different repair jobs.
That is, a lamp which has a small crack in the base where it is joined by a metal piece.
Would appreciate hearing from them again regarding this.

This was not a good experience. Came across many broken and scratched items. They were slow and didn’t seem motivated. I will never use this service again. I spent $2600.00 for this and expected my experience to be like my recent move from a home into storage. Same company. I had also requested the same guys from the first move and was told that they could be at the second move from my storage unit to my home. It was just so frustrating. The movers asked repetitive questions and I felt that I couldn’t walk away for one second. I will never ever use this service again. I spent over $5000 to have 3 out of my 4 flat screen TVs/monitors not working. One scratched antique dresser. Broken lamps and a vase. It was explained that it was a time consuming, so after 8 hours of moving, I declined.

They broke 4 antiques, even after I asked them to be careful. They put them in the truck and piled boxes on top of them. The drivers told me the office person should have sent two trucks since we were switching houses.
The movers would load one box at a time and stand around and talk. Sometimes they did use the dolly.
They did not move everything, some stuff they could not (lamps etc. they said they could not) other stuff they just missed. The estimate was half of what the actual bill was, and then there is the cost of repairs.

The young men were very polite, but I don't think they have very much experience with moving furniture. Items were wrapped but the wrapping was torn going through door ways. I don't think they value other people's property. I had to use a lot of revive to cover the scratches and mars on by wood floors. Also the frame on the one door was damaged, but better the door frame then the furniture. The leg on one of living room chairs is damaged and I think a spring in the seat got broken coming through the door way because it now squeaks and is not as firm when you sit on it. Steve is coming out to check the chair. Because we had closing today on our house I took care of the floors myself. I don't think the young men get paid enough when we are charged $139.00 a hour.

Many items brought that were to be left. My mounted 34# Chinook Salmon was damaged.
The two men were professional, courteous and polite. They were very agreeable to requests we made. They wanted to move up the delivery by one day. We jumped through hoops to oblige them.

Well, a table lamp globe was broken. That, I suppose is acceptable. My problem was that neither guy told me. They removed it from the box and tossed it in the weeds near my apartment door. Maybe 3-4 days later some guy called me on the phone to ask about the move. I told him about the globe. He said someone else would contact me. I got another call and said I couldn't be sure the globe was mine since I had 50 boxes to unpack and there's the possibility it was someone else's. But now after unpacking everything I see it was my globe. At the time though, I told the guy I didn't want to seek compensation because I wasn't certain it was mine and that a lot of people use that door and might've left a broken globe there. I took it and put it in my trunk. I guess it's over now.

The movers worked very hard through a long hot day, one small damage was handled honestly and quickly.
