We have never used a moving Company, we also have not moved in 35/years. We did not know what we needed or the questions to ask, it would have been nice to know, the different kinds of boxes and the use of bubble wrap. We ended up getting some supplies the day before our move.

The 2 guys were very courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I needed movers within a day or 2 upon a death in the family and you were available and willing to accommodate me at a great rate. Had an issue reaching the Farmington office. Nancy from Brighton was most helpful. Suggest using call forwarding when Farmington is understaffed.

They didn't move my refrigerator carefully and even though I asked him many times to stop working on my frame and my headboard they continue to do so and I lost money on that because of the time that they took they took at least 20 minutes to a half an hour or more working on that one peace of my furniture to try to disassemble it
