WS've had several moves with you before, and this time was great as expected. Team was on time, communicated arrival, and easy to work with adding an extra stop for example. Great attitude and efficient workers. We will definitely use 2 Men and a Truck again whenever we need to move again!

So thankful for the guys sent to pack and complete the move. Nick, Michael, Tinnart and Qwan all did a fabulous job. Very careful with furniture ensuring each piece was protected. All were kind and respectful, hard working. I don't PLAN to move again, but I will recommend 2 men and a truck to anyone that needs to. No time was wasted and the final price was very reasonable. Worth every penny for the peace of mind. Thank you to all of you, including Kim in the office!

Aside from the fact that the inventory grossly underestimated the work that needed to be done, everything else was very satisfactory. Now all that is left to see is how the move in fares.

The 3 movers that came were very friendly, helpful and professional with great attitudes throughout the whole move.
Time was extremely underestimated by office staff providing the quote. My daughter worked for Two Men & a Truck in Columbus and recommended that we have someon give us a quote in person but when I suggested this when calling to arrange service the agent declined and advised that each facility is independently owned and does things differently. A bit disappointing.

Those appointments are scheduled after gathering certain information from the customer on square footage of the home, number of years in the home and whether the move would be considered a long distance move. (Anything over 40 miles). Outside of that criteria we do typically prepare an estimate over the phone however we do appreciate your comments and will take them back to the office. I can not say enough about the great work these guys did! Their attitude was incredibly positive, and they seemed to really enjoy the work. They were super fast and careful, and offered to help whenever they saw me pick something up or wrangle with a side project. The only category I didn't post as 'excellent' was appearance, and that was only because it was a frigid day and they didn't have a decent coat or gloves. The guys were impeccable and looked neat and tidy. But as a customer, I would've like to see them better dressed for the weather. My suggestion is that your company provide your crews with appropriate outer clothing uniforms and gloves -- it would improve your PR.
