Only negative was that the guys called at 1200 to say on the way and were done at 1430, so I would have believed due to 30 minutes it took to arrive that total charge would have been 3 hours. However, the estimated time was 3.5 to 5 so they charged 3.5. Still, service was solid and you earned your high Mark's overall.

We do charge for drive time from our office to your location David. We do work hard to ensure that our charges are cleary explained during the estimate process but sometimes we may miss the mark. We had a very large move with very short notice. Two Men and a Truck came through for us. They packed our belongings and moved us with just 2 days notice! The movers that came were professional and helpful. I couldn't be happier.

The young men were very pleasant and helpful. My only concern is that, after they left, I discovered that they had moved the TV, but not the boxes and cords, so that now I will have trouble getting theTV working again.
