Great crew, very adaptable!

Please know the two employees on scale of 1-10 were both 11 especially having worked all am in tough environment ! They had tough trilevel to unload and could not have been more determined , kind, and “ pushed thru “ like a dynamic duo!
Thank you so much for as seniors who have moved over 30 times, two of the best by FAR!

The crew who helped pack my truck were fantastic. They were respectful, kind, hardworking, and just generally great people. They also did an amazing job.

Freddie and Jamal were wonderful. Polite and friendly - and patient, as this was a complicated move with lots of tasks in the middle and a lot of walking. Freddie even helped us get our cat into her carrier after she went and hid! We were very impressed. We will definitely use you all again!

They were friendly. They were fast and efficient with my move. Everything was wrapped and transported carefully. At the new place they were careful with the placement of furniture.

The gentleman who moved my furniture were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. That seems to be hard to find these days. Very much appreciated.

The team took apart my bed and weren't able to put it back together properly. They clearly had no idea what they did wrong (they said that) but were going to take it apart and try again. I asked if I would get a discounted fee because this error was on them, not me. I didn't want to pay for their time trying to put it together and then pull it apart. So I told them to leave and stop charging me.

From start to finish the office staff and movers were professional, courteous, and timely. The moving crew was efficient and didn’t nick any walls!!

Our movers were pleasant and worked hard to get everything moved. They were patient with us and did a good job of getting things where we wanted them.

For this particular service, we had a great team to help us move a heavy piece of furniture up some difficult stairs and into a room. They even managed to get it up there without damaging the walls! Pretty amazing if you saw what they had to do. We have used 2MT before and have always had great service and really nice movers. Easy to book, great follow up. Would definitely recommend.
